Imaginisce - Designer A Day

Today I am up on the Imaginisce blog for their Designer a Day for the month of September. I chose to use the I-Rock as my choice of tool because it is so much fun to play with and I love all the bling that Imaginisce offers!

Your First Day of Kindergarten

My layout is all about my DD's first day of Kindergarten last year. She looked adorable in her little orange and hot pink outfit so I chose my papers accordingly to match. The papers and embellishments I used are from the Love You More, Childhood Memories, and Makin' Waves.

Once I had all of my pictures and papers in place I started sprinkling all of the Hot Rocks and Glam Rocks on the areas I wanted. Then all I had to do was heat up the I-Rock and go to town on getting those babies permanently adhered down.

I also used one on my washi tape brad that I made from the Love You More washi tape. And if you'll look at the picture above, I used some Hot Rocks on a washi tape butterfly that I made. The Hot Rocks adhered nicely! Gotta love that!

Have a great Monday!!
