Hello everyone!! And welcome to day 2 of the the Imaginisce and Core'dinations blog hop! All of the designers for both teams have been working hard to show how fabulous Core'dinations cardstock and Imaginisce products look together all this week.
I received the Tim Holtz Seasonal Impressions pack to play with. Since it's still summer and I know you haven't scrapped those 4th of July pics (or maybe you have) here is some inspiration....
I love the flow of the embossed words, lines, and stars so I used the cream colored cardstock as my base and trimmed the top of the red and the bottom of the blue and adhered them to it to show off the July 4th colors...red, white, and blue.
To really make the embossing stand out I sanded the lines and stars on the outside...
and used a white ink pad and ran it over the words on the inside.
Next I used my Silhouette to cut out some fireworks, stars, arrows, banner, and the title from Imaginisce papers. I used papers from Childhood Memories, Outdoor Adventure, Good Dog, and Love You More. Plus, I had to pull out my fabulous I-Rock tool to adhere on some jewels onto my layout.
There are some fabulous prizes up for grabs!
Here's a few simple things to follow:
(in order to be eligible for the prize)
1. Leave a comment on each designer's blog post & the company blog posts EACH day.
2. LIKE the Imaginisce & Core'dinations Facebook pages.
3. Follow the Imaginisce & Core'dinations blog.
Your next stop is to go see what kind of eye candy Jodi has for you! If you get lost along the way....here is the complete line up for today!!! Have FUN hopping!!
