Hello to all my crafty friends and welcome to my little piece of this year's blog hop! A huge thanks to the fabulous and sweet Christine Meyer for hosting this! *Giveaway info is posted at the end of my post*
This year has been nothing but wonderful for me! I decided to jump back into the crafty world this year after taking a break for a couple of years. I was so excited when I was asked to be on the DT for My Creative Scrapbook. The kits are amazing and the owner Pam and all of the other DT girls are just the sweetest! I couldn't ask for a better group of lovely women to work with! So you will be seeing that a lot of the layouts I have posted today are from my DT work with them from this year. So let's get started!!
Here we go...
He is on the Hunt - I have always loved working with Doodlebug papers for as long as I can remember and their Spring Things collection was an absolute must for me to play with.
Spring - Yep, you got it...more Doodlebug! This layout was created with the April creative kit from My Creative Scrapbook. I absolutely adore that sweet little die cut bee.
Happy in the Sunshine - I loved how this one turned out! I mixed some of this year's Doodlebug Spring Things with some older spring collections.
Lake Life - In the summer we try to spend as much time as we can out on the lake. I tried to get as many pictures from all of our trips onto this layout and I love how it turned out with the big title and all of the great die cut pieces from Pebbles' Sunshiny Days collection.
Fresh Autumn Days - one of my favorites I made this Fall with a creative kit from My Creative Scrapbook. I love the colors and patterns in these papers!
Thankful for You - Another one of my favs from this Fall...a fav pic of my oldest with some gorgeous Carta Bella Fall papers.
It's Not What's Under the Tree... - I absolutely loved this picture of my sweet daughter and our sweet little pooch. And the Simple Stories Very Merry collection really helped to make this an easy but beautiful layout.
25 No Peeking - Love this one with a block design. I really love the look the stitching around each piece adds to the layout. With all of the embellishments of the MCS December creative kit it took no time to put this layout together.
Santa Claus is Comin' To Town - This one is my FAVORITE of this year! For me, it doesn't get any better than Doodlebug and Christmas together!!
3D Christmas Oven - After seeing all of the adorable little faces in the Doodlebug booth this summer I knew I had to have something in my craft room to brighten my days. So I created this sweet little lady. She sits on my shelf and I smile every time I look up!
Ok, that it's for me! I hope you all have enjoyed taking a look at all my favs from this year!
And a sweet little giveaway...I am giving away some goodies to get you started on your Valentine's Day layouts, cards, projects, or whatever you little heart desires!! Please leave a comment here.
