Today up on the SRM blog is my Trick or Treat Have a Sweet bag filled with the oh so delicious Hershey's Pumpkin Spice Kisses. The assignment was to decorate a bag and I wanted my bag to sit up so I created this box for it to sit in. I added some of the new borders on the box and a tag which I turned into a banner for the Boo! For the pieces sticking out of the bag I searched through the kitchen and found these bamboo skewers. A perfect fit!!
While on the Halloween crafty kick, I decided to spice up this lantern that holds a little tea candle, which I found in the dollar bin at Target. I pulled out my new Imaginisce Monster Mash papers and die cuts to adorn it. I LOVE it!! And it's now sitting on my mantle for all to see!
And here are two of my sweet kiddos. Last night kicked off our two weeks of Halloween dinners. We had pumpkin pie (which is actually chicken pie). They weren't too sure they wanted to eat "pumpkin pie" until they saw that it was just chicken pie in the shape of a jack-o-lantern. I'll be posting more pics of our Halloween dinners and hoping that you find them cute enough to fix for your family! :)
Thanks for checking in to see what's going on in my little part of the world!
